If Internet Explorer or other browser warns you about Blocked Content, it is because I have used a special technique to include my email address in the page in such a way as to defeat "Spiders" used by spammers to hunt for email addresses normally included as plain text. In Brief....

Our purpose is to provide solutions to your PC-related problems or needs, simply, efficiently and effectively, and at a reasonable price. We're not connected to any manufacturer or supplier, so any parts, peripherals, or software we supply will be best-of-breed and at the lowest price we can find, charged to you at no profit to us. Firstly you'll get a free assessment of your problem or need, either by phone or on-site, and an estimate of what it's likely to cost. We would try to solve your problem in your own home, at a time convenient to you (including evenings and weekends), but for major tasks, or for a more in-depth diagnosis, it may be necessary to bring your PC to our purpose-built workshop in Piddington, completed in September 2005 (shown here on the left). Our basic rate is £60+VAT per hour (minimum 1 hour), but if a job is likely to take more than two hours, we'll turn it into a fixed-price project so that you'll know exactly what it's going to cost, however long it takes to complete. We also provide a number of standard fixed-price services which are detailed on the next page (link at the foot of this page).

In any case, if we don't succeed, there's no charge: no fix, no fee!

By the way, listed at the top of this page are only some examples of the services we can provide (click on any of the blue items above to read more), so if your particular need or problem isn't mentioned, please do contact us anyway. We assure you that we're not ashamed to say "no" if your problem or need is beyond our capabilities, although we'll happily make suggestions that might help, at no charge of course! However in the period since this particular business started in October 2002, we've acquired some 700 new clients and have virtually never had to turn away a problem or need! (It may have something to do with our MD's 35+ years experience in the IT industry, most recently as a successful independent Management and IT Consultant with several large PLCs as his clients).
