Your PC crashes from time to time for no apparent reason, and you're not certain what's causing the problem. What's more you've probably lost some (all?) of the work you've just spent so much time and effort in creating.

We can help to discover what's causing the problem and suggest (and implement) a solution.

However do please try to write down the exact sequence of events, including any apparently trivial or un-related symptoms. They may all be valuable, since what appears on the face of it to be the problem, may itself simply be  one symptom of a larger problem that's also causing those other trivia.
