In Brief....

Our purpose is to provide solutions to your PC-related problems or needs: simply, efficiently and effectively, and at a price that is both reasonable and cost-effective. Firstly you'll get a free diagnosis and assessment of your problem, either by phone or on-site, and an estimate of what it's likely to cost. We will try to solve the problem in your own home, at a time convenient to you (including evenings and weekends if necessary), but for major tasks, it may be necessary to bring your computer to our workshop in Piddington.

Our basic rate is £60+VAT per hour, but if a job is likely to take more than one hour, we'll turn it into a fixed-price project so that you'll know exactly what it's going to cost, even if it takes us longer to complete! And of course our work is strictly "no-fix-no-fee".

We provide a number of standard fixed-price services listed in the side panels and in the menus above. However since our professional computer experience goes back to 1971, we can probably tackle most problems or needs!

All our clients are entitled to indefinite free support by telephone and email, as well as internet-based live remote assistance for minor issues that really don't warrant a full call-out - see rule 2 in our Charter above!

And by the way, we also welcome enquiries from small businesses: in fact we are the "IT Department" for a number of businesses and self-employed people in our catchment area. Besides keeping their all-important computers in good order, it also includes helping them to set up and maintain professional accounting systems. We can also provide loan computers when required (at no charge of course).
