Saving Your Mobile Phone SIM Card: £60.00 (£69.00 inc. VAT @ 15%) Most of us have mobile phones, and very often the names and phone numbers stored in its micro-chip (SIM Card) will have been added over time; and exist nowhere else! Even if you have another record of all the numbers, should your phone be lost or stolen, the thought of having to enter all those phone numbers all over again can be daunting. The same applies where you to acquire a new phone and cannot transfer the SIM Card from the old phone to the new. We have the equipment and software to download the entire contents of your SIM Card; this record will be saved on one of our hard disks and a copy will also be given to you on a CD as well as printed-out. This process can be reversed, and the old SIM Card phone book will be uploaded on to your new phone's card, if an when required. In addition while all the phone book data is in electronic form, the data can be edited: for instance some of the names might need to be changed, or regularised if you have used different naming conventions from time to time; you may wish to change the phone numbers so that they all start with +44 thus ensuring that they will be valid numbers when used overseas as well as in the UK. Or even take the opportunity of adding more phone numbers to the existing list, but using a computer keyboard rather than the awkwardness of a mobile phone's multi-purpose keypad. This service operates as follows:
The backed-up data will be retained indefinitely but in any case, you will have the CD provided during the initial backup. For the sake on honesty, I should mention that there are several simple, inexpensive products on the market that will allow you to undertake the above for yourself. Search www.google.co.uk for "SIM Card Backup" or for "SIM Card Reader" (restricting your search to the UK); you might also wish to see what's available at www.amazon.co.uk; however if you would still prefer us to handle the process for you, please do get in touch.
