Regular Maintenance

This service is for computers that are in constant use and which are essential business tools. It is based on our Full Service (see left), but under an agreement that a given computer will be serviced regularly every six months.

Around a month before the next service is due, we will contact you and arrange a mutually convenient date for the computer to be brought to our workshop. In most cases it is expected that you will require a free loan computer to tide you over the week or so that the service will take.

The minimum contract period is two years, covering four full services.
