Background

Microsoft's Windows 7 is due to be released in October 2009, and new computers bought in the UK between 26 June 2009 and 31 January 2010 with Windows Vista installed, will be entitled to a free version of Windows 7 after it becomes available.

However due to EU regulations regarding Internet Explorer, it will not be possible simply to upgrade the Vista installation.

Instead a completely fresh installation of Windows 7 will be required. As a consequence all your applications, security programs, printers and other peripherals, and so on, will need to be re-installed from scratch.

We will undertake to install your fresh copy of Windows 7 at this special price, even though it effectively constitutes a complete system rebuild, normally charged at £180 plus VAT.
