On-Site Repairs: £60 per hour (£69.00 inc. VAT @ 15%) If the required repair after our initial diagnosis and assessment suggests that it can be successfully achieved within a maximum of two hours (including the time taken to diagnose the problem), then with your agreement this will be done. You will be charged for the total elapsed time from the time of arrival (minimum 1 hour), but of course, our no-fix-no-fee rule will always apply. However as mentioned in the page about On-Site Diagnosis, if no repairs are carried out there and then, you will not be charged for the time spent diagnosing the problem.
