About our Services

PC-FirstAid.com offers a wide range of specific fixed-price services, as well as others where the price is variable and will depend on the nature and extent of the task, as well as the degree of difficulty involved.

These are listed in the sub-menu on the left; please click on any item to see what's on offer.

The final item "Other Services" is a catch-all for anything else not specifically covered in the rest of the menu; provided it is within our competence we'll be happy to discuss matters with you. And of course if we can't do what your require, we'll try to point you in the right direction.

If you haven't read them already, our key business rules:

• We will try ensure that all clients spend as little as possible

• What they do spend must represent value for money.

• All goods obtained and services provided must be fit for purpose.

• Our profits will derive from fees only, and not from any goods or services procured on a client's behalf.

• We will seek to establish long-term client relationships, based upon credibility and quality of service.

• All fixed-fee projects will be supported with a three-month warranty in respect of problems that may arise directly related to work we have carried out.

• Our clients' best interests are our best interests.

• There will be no charge for unsuccessful jobs: no-fix-no-fee.

Although the slogan above says "Your Local Home PC Paramedic Service", a number of small businesses are among our most frequent clients.

As a general rule, our "catchment" area is defined as a 30-mile radius of our office in Piddington; to view a map (in a separate browser window) of the specific towns and villages in our catchment area, please click here.

A note about fees: in the event that you choose more than one service from the list on the left, to be delivered concurrently, we will treat the combined set as a single project with a fee that will be less than the sum of the separate services. The individual fees reflect the time overhead involved in delivering that single service, especially travelling time, but obviously where more than one service is being purchased, the time overhead will be substantially reduced.
