Although the majority of our clients are normal domestic computer users, we also support a large number of small businesses who cannot afford their own permanent staff. Equally annual maintenance and support contracts are often prohibitively expensive.

This Computerised Accounting Systems service is especially targeted at such small enterprises: we're not chartered accountants, but we do have relevant accounting qualifications and extensive first-hand experience of computerised accounting systems in a variety of industries and business sectors.

We can help in a number of different ways, such as:

• Set up a computerised accounting system using QuickBooks, one of the premier accounting systems on the market.

• Help with transferring your existing records to the new system. We can do it all for you; or in the interests of minimising your costs, we will set up and demonstrate a process for you or your staff to do the work yourselves.

• Set up written procedures to cover daily, weekly and other regular tasks.

• Advise on the optimum methods of presenting your records to your accountants and to the tax authorities.

• Provide on-going support to help deal with unusual transactions; often this can be done via our fee-free remote assistance service, in real time and at the time the problem arises.
