Solving Other Problems Fee: Fixed quote provided after free diagnosis. This a catch-all page - to assure you that whatever your problem or need, we'll always be ready to try to help sort it out. Our On-site Diagnosis & Assessment service is designed especially to deal with items not specifically itemised in this site in the various menu options. We will always adhere to Our Commitment to our Clients as stated above, so there should be no reason for you not to call on us to help. You may have printing or scanning problems; if the issues arises through some problem in Windows, we should be able to deal with it. But if your printer or scanner is itself at fault, we'll probably recommend that it be replaced, since the cost of repair is likely to be more than the cost of a new device. Do call us, and if we can possibly help, we will. |
